PDS
I have a recurrent skin rash that started this past summer. It is accompanied by severe itching. I saw a dermatologist and my internal physician but neither could tell me what it was. My MD decided to treat me for scabies even though the dermatologist did a skin scraping and did not find anything. The treatment did not work. I tried three different times. All of a sudden it disappeared although it did leave somewhat of a sunburn appearance on my skin. It has suddenly reappeared after nearly three months. It shows up on the underside of my upper arms, the upper part of my feet, elbows and sometimes hands and wrists. There have not been any test except the skin scrapings. Does anyone have any suggestions?
