Yes. Dyslexia when it relates to numbers is more correctly termed dyscalculia. It is a learning disability. You could find more info on this through the Learning Disability Association (LDA) or the International Orton Society (they have changed their name and this may not be current) Both organizations can be found by searching for dyslexia or learning disabilities
