In response to the letter that was asking about prostate cancer, My father has the same kind and it's not good. His had spread outside the gland.PSA level was 74. Could not treat with radiation or Chemo. Once it's gone outside the glade the doctors don't look at curing it, only slowing it down, with hormone shots.
