We went thru the same thing a few years ago. The school nurse told us to use olive oil. It seems the lice are becoming resistive to common treatments. Rub the oil in the hair until satureated and let set 2-3 hours then wash out. Wash the bedding and hairbrushes as usual. It works like a charm. Hope this helps
