I am writing in hopes of some constructive advise. My girls developed headlice in September, December and now in March. We have used Nix, mayo and butter. It seems we are quite successful at the time. Our home is throughly cleaned and everything that is not moving goes into the dryer. But they keep on coming back. WHY? Is it possible that nits are overlooked, incubate then manifest once again within 8 to 12 weeks or is it just our luck to have these creepy crawlers feel very comfortable with our children. If anyone has any thoughts, please share because I can not figure out why my family is the only family that is infested in our neighborhood. Maybe other parents are not as candid.
