I was recently bucked off a horse that then stepped on me with both of his hind feet. One of them landed in my lower abdomen. The bruising was severe and now I have a huge lump--larger than a golf ball. The doctor said that it could take 2-3 months to go away or it might not ever. I would be very curious to know how a child could get a bruise that severe. It took the force of a 1300 pound horse to do it to me.
