I have little nodules across my nose. They first appeared in 1987, now there are more of them. I have seen a dermatologist who seems to think I have Rosacea, but I don't have the redness, just these flesh-colored bumps. Thw Metrogel has not helped- I've been using it for 6 months with no change whatsoever. Any ideas as to what this may be? I'm really tired of this and want #1. to know what it is and #2- to get rid of it! thanks for any and all help
