I'm sending this message to every one who can help my niece in ITALY (I'm writing from Chicago ).Today is April 23, 2000. I talked to my cousin Donatella in ITALY and she explained to me symptoms of what Teresa is suffering and what the doctors over there are telling to her . They never have seen a case like this because most of the symptoms are those of the West syndrome but the encephalogram is chaotic and disturbed which would suggest other things , like something related to the metabolism of the baby. So the doctors are in a delicate position because they don't want to do any harm to the baby using "ACTH" if it is not nesessary . I said before the symptoms are those of the WEST syndrome because she is six months old and she has a development delay , seizures and many other things related to the syndrome. The doctors think that the chaotic encephalogram is not a West Syndrome symptom , but I found that one of the caracteristics of the syndrome is exactly this chaotic and disturbed encephalogram. Could you help me in any way by giving me any and all information on the Syndrome or places that have treated the syndrome?
