                        I am 61 and have been going thru menopause for about eight years.  Menopause definitely affects the quality of sleep.  Up until that time,  I had no problems; but now there are nights when I go to bed and am absolutely not tired and wide awake.  Warm milk helps; reading also.  Solution...none that I can see other  than trying to keep your life stress free (funny, right!?).  Getting old bites in more ways than we have space  to write about!   Good luck... Rox
