I have a one year old cousin who is suffering from a skin disorder that doctors insist that he has eczema because eczema runs in the family. The thing is that the symptoms don't match those of eczema. His skin is red, peeling, itching and weeping, blotchy skin which is visible from head to toe. If anyone thinks they know what this could be, please help us. Thank you.
