I have been traveled to Africa, Costa Rica, Nepal and other countries over the last decade. For 3 years I have had reoccurring chills, night sweats, mild diarhea, severe abdominal cramps, itchy ears and scalp. Also constant muscle ache, joint pain and an severe ringing in my ears.When these "attacks" occur I am exausted beyond belief and suffer short term memory loss as well. I have been tested several times for Malaria, all negative. I've taken three courses of Metronidazole for Giardia and it still persists. Any insight would be appreciated. Recomendations for good doctors/clinics. I am in westerm Mass but will travel anywhere for results.
