Precocious puberty

My daughter is nine years old. In september of 1998, she contracted a viral encephalitis infection. This in turn degenerated brain cells throughout the brain. She now has been diagnost as going through precocious puberty. The doctors and I are cautious of trying any methods of treatment at this time because her brain is very unstable. After the acute stage of encephalitis, her overall diagnoises is post-encephaletic parkinsonianism, with apraxia, and phycosis. So you can see why everyone is cautious in trying any treatments. What concerns me is her pediatrician has found cist on her ovaries. The doctors tell us to not worry about this because they usually go away. I am VERY CONCERNED because she has been through so much, if we can avoid a surgery it would be nice. On the other hand if there is something that can be done we would like to get it over with. If anyone has any personal experiences with this, please contact me. Treatments and information on anything in this message would be highly appreciated.
