I know what you are going through!!! I have endometriosis. In 1992 I took a very nasty drug for it called Lupron, which has caused me some major health problems. I too have brain leasions, though mine are from taking the drug (it effects your brain). Learing all of this sent me on a ride on a nightmarish rollercoster. I had one Neuro telling me I had MS, he sent met o another to get a 2nd opinion and that one told me I have Lupus....Followed up with a Rheumo and was told I have FMS. It also effected my immune system so I get sick very easliy. Some of the things that have helped are Low does antidepressants. Noratriptolyne helped with sleep patterns but I gained too much weight while on it. I took Ambien for sleep, but I a not sure if that is good to take with your apnia. Getting enough sleep really plays a key role on how I feel. I have also found that 10-20 mgs of flecxeril at night helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Also a multi-vitamin and extra B-6 and B-12 can help A Lot with energy!!!!!!!!!!! I know exercise is probably the last thing on your mind right now but if you could just start by taking walks, start slow and build up, it makes a HUGE difference and helps me sleep better. Good LUck!!! Kimb
