I too have multiple sounds in one ear a high pitched shrill and a pulsating shrill on top of this. mine is a result of dental injections that blocked my ear canal. From what I understand, yours from the music could go away with time but meanwhile no one has been able to help with the ringing. I know that there are some "masking devices" worn like hearing aids that produce a different tone hopefully more tolerable than the ones youre hearing. it does drive you crazy. you never have a moment of peace and quiet. eventually you tolerate it. Good luck and protect your ears now. I have to wear plugs even to vacuum.
