Hi-I hope this little info may help. I am 37 dx of pulmonary embolism/dvt. I had no leg symptoms at first, but shortness of breath of which I thought was an attack of my asthma. When I came home from hospital, my legs gave sharp pains in different parts of the leg w/dvt. Yesterday, that leg became a bit inflamed and swollen w/increased sharp pains most of the day. I have been on the combo initial heparin, then lovenox and coumadin. Let me know if I can help you any more.
