Hi all, Thanks for all the messages at lest i know i'm not the only one at there with these systoms. My luck i went to ga. to visit and fell and broke my ankle. Had to stay extra weeks but am home now. I also believe it was a accident but with all the presidone and bloatness i am so stiff i fell hard and my ankle did not give. I am down now to 15mg presdone i see my rhumy next week,but the pain is still here my hips and shoulders are so bad i hardly sleep. I just hope its just the leg in the cast thats making my body hurt so much and not the PMR. Yes i do excise in the water it helps so what. Just try and move no matter how stiff or hurting otherwise you all will get stiff you won't be able to move and get very depressed. Even with this darn cast my body is off kilt i still try to get out and be with people for at least a few hours.
