I am 13 years old and have had hives for 8 mounths now. We have switched shampoos deterjents and everything else in the house. I have been to about 10 different specialists even to Iowa City Medical Hospital. No one can figure out what is wrong. At the moment I am on 100mg of hydroxyz twice a day and Prednisone 30mg every other day. It seems to help for a few hours but doesn't go compleatly away. I have to go back to school in about a month, and theyare driving me nuts. And I know that my learning WILL be affected if the problem doesn't stop. The hives are ruining my life and the doctors don't seem to be helping at all..... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
