i am 16 years of age living in the north-east and i have seasonal affective disorder. every winter for the past 4 years i have been really mellow and depressed. i`ve done a lot of research about the disorder in the past months trying to find a solution before another depressed winter goes by. i`ve heard of those lights and stuff but they cost about 200-500 and i don`t want to worry my mom and tell her, she`ll be depressed knowing i am. is there any solution that i can achieve on my own? please help me. love always lau (hellokitty252@aol.com)
