Try feeding him baby cereal mixed in with a fruit juice (apple juice is what we used)in a bottle. So that it will come out of the nipple make an x with a knife to make the hole bigger. I did this with my son when he was small. He seemed to tolerate it very well. We had problems with him being able to tolerate any formula. Hope this works.
