                        In my opinion, you should always try "the natural way" first.  Go to a Homeopathic Doctor, or a Nutritionist.  Or, just go to a GOOD Health Food Store.   I have a friend and a cousin who suffered terribly from fibromyalgia, and it was a Homeopathic Doctor who got them up and moving again.   If vitamins and herbs and a change in diet will help your menopausal problems, that's the BEST way to go!
