During a physical for my 13 year old boy, his pediatrician asked if his puffy breasts bothered him. Well, in fact they do. They are puffy under the nipple and look like small "breasts". Our Doctor suggested he begin exercising to build up his chest muscles. I just read, however that this is a temporary situation. If it is temporary, what is the likely time period this will deminish. If not, temporary what type of exercises would you reccomend? Thanks for your help!
