I, too have MS. Many of the problems you cited are related to it. Try to be active, especially mentally. Has your dr. suggested on of the 3 major therapies? I take a weekly injection - Avonex. I seem to be maintaining at the level of diagnosis. I believe it is worth a try. Be in touch for more info. By the way, I was diagnosed at a much later time of my life. Don't be devestated by Montel Williams' commercial. More about that when I hear from you.
