Confused and Alarmed, but mostly curious... went for a check up after 12 years... I work out 2 hours per night, taking fridays off with the distinct goal of not having to go to the doctors and suffer the aggravation that it entails... finally went.. blood work perfect (all the basics, chlosterol, kidneys, no sugar, etc. etc.) i am so angry and bit alarmed that my intense work-outs, eating right and the such has not prepared me for the fact that the doctor has informed me that my E.Coli in my urine is extremely high and that i have a urinary tract infection that he deems serious... doctor is baffled that i have not had serious symptons due to the level of E.Coli... must add that i take 2 cloves of raw garlic per day... what in the hell is this bacterial E.coli in my urine.. how did it get there and how do you cure it? incredibly aggravated and more then a bit confused.. what does it mean and how can i cure it??? doc has given me meds to reduce and/or cure... i don't like taking foreign meds to counteract anything... believe in natural remedy, working out, eating right, lots of sleep, etc. can someone explain... PLZ PLZ PLZ....... any and all info describing what exactly it is that i have would be more then greatly appreciated... sorry for the attitude.. but i literally can't work any harder on my health.. and to be perfectly and totally honest, this is pissing me off... HELP HELP AND HELP!! DIANE
