Since the beginning of August I have had a terrible time with sinus problems. I also had an ear infection. I have had more antiobiodics in the last two months than in the last 10 years. I was given Tequin, 5 more days worth of free samples from the doctor (don't remember the name of that one ) Then a Z pack, and then they gave me another Z pack. I was given Claritan, Zertec and Allegra. After the 2nd Z pack in a row I got fed up and went to an ear, nose and throat doctor. I had a cat scan done which turned out fine. I was told I had allergies and to come back in 4 months. Meanwhile, I have lost 25 pounds. The drainage down the back of my throat is unreal. It just about runs. I have a hard time eating because of all the drainage down my throat and the acid in my stomach is horrible. I have found another family doctor to go to and he had me try a decongestant instead of an antihistimine. Nothing is working to stop the flow . I am getting desperate and don't know what to do anymore. I need help.
