i have recently had my third misscarrige, which was totally devasting. the thing that is making it worse is knowing that i have anticardiolipin antibodies which are most likely making this happen. i read somewhere on the net that if i had a combined treatment of heparin and low dose asprin prior to conception i would have a much greater chance to carry a baby to term. My consultant disagrees and says that i have to take asprin prior to conception and heparin when they see a heartbeat. This is making me extremely worried because im afraid that i wont get to the heartbeat stage as i havent done so in any of my previous pregnancies. Does anyone have any more information on this and does anyone know if an internal examination in early pregnancy can cause pregnancy loss?
