Yes, you can become pregnant after a miscarriage. I've had 4 miscarriages, but have 2 healthy daughters, both following miscarriages.However, my doctor did tell me to try not to conceive for a least 3 months after a miscarriage so my body would have a chance to settle down from the pregnancy hormones.
