I've had scoliosis since I was 13, i went to a chiropractor for 3 years. I have always had back pain, i've been told my lumbar curve is only 15 degress, and it twists, and the disks are deterating in the same region. In my neck three vertibres are stair-stepped C4,C5,C6 and i have disk buldges at C5-6,C6-7 i'm not sure how much nerve root impingmet there is. I have alot of pain from my lower back, I can't stand for longer than 5 minutes, I can't sit down without sharp pain. As for my neck, it twitches, it hurts to move my head to look around,I get dizzy lightheaded and headaches. I also have a S curve in my spine, I am 30 years old. could you tell me what can be done? If anything? Thank you
