I am 28 years old and have been having severe burning in my temples(2 weeks) and very weird feeling on one side of my head (1 month). Went to eye doctor and he stated that I had a strong reflecting off arteries in back of eyes(what ever that means) He wrote my doctor to check Temperal Arteritis. My Doctor said probably not (because of age and looking at temples) but did some blood test to confirm. My questions are, is there any other things to cause burning in my temples and what exactly did my eye Doctor mean by a strong reflection in arteries in back of eyes. (cholesterol levels was also mentioned). How long can you go with Temperal Arteritis (with no treatment) before eye sight is affected. I am a little scared about losing my eye sight so can any one help me feel a little better about my questions. Thanks Chad
