Hello to all the survivors of CMV. I have had cmv for almost eleven years, fibromyalgia, chronic E-Bv and ibs. I was infected as a 23yo, watching children from a daycare. Things have never been the same. I bacame pregnant and was told by three doctors and five nurses to have a surgical procedure... i will let you all decide yourselves. Anyway, my cmv went into "remission" for nine years....the fatigue lasted but no chronic illnesses. Last November, it returned with a vengence. It has attacked my liver, spleen, sight, joints, and lungs once again. I will always try to fight the nasty "hell" and hope that you all can join in the pleasures of a remission. Please don't give up there are people out there who do know the pain, daily struggle and hurt(emotional and physical). I am a survivor, you can be too!
