i did a home pregnancy test and it was faintly positive. 2 weeks later i started spotting, i assummed it was spotting in my 4th week, which can occur when the embryo attaches to the uterine wall. i continued to have spotting, sometimes old blood and other times red. I went to the E.R. with alot of cramping in my abdomen and lower back. They did a blood test and an ultrasound, the U.S. showed nothing and my test was positive,it showed i was only two weks along. since then i am still spotting, sometimes heavier than others, and I am also having some pains in my lower right abdomen. It is a constant sharp pain. Its not bad i can easily tolerate it. I don't have any dizziness or heavy bleeding. Has this happened to anyone else and what advise would you have for me ty
