I had a liver biopsy 4 yeara ago for elevated liver function tests. The biopsy was normal. My liver funtion blood tests continue to be elevated. I have no symptoms. I've had blood work every six months and they continue to be more elevated each time. I'm a female 48 years old. My Dr. says he thinks I have autoimmune hepatitis and wants to put me on Predisone. I'm afraid of taking this med. if they are not certain of the dx. Why would my blood continue to be elevated and the biopsy normal
