I am concerned about my 11 year old son. He is large for his age - tall and slender. Yesterday when he came out of the shower he had not put a shirt on and I noticed that one of his breasts is larger than the other. Is this a common stage of male puberty? He doesn't seem to have any tenderness in the area. But, I can feel a small bumb under the skin. Reminds me of when I was developing - only I'm a girl. I am hoping someone with older sons will have experienced this.
