Try reading "The LCP Solution" by Jacqueline Stordy and Malcolm Nicholl. My 6 yr old son has ADHD with behavior problems and he takes essential fatty acids. EFAs can help dylesxia, dyspraxia, and aspraxia also. Hope this book helps you. EFAs really helped my son. In addition to the behavior problems, he had problems writing, he was trying to read from right to left, and was confusing his letters. He has been taking EFAs since June 1999 and while we saw an immediate improvement in his behavior after only two weeks, his writing and reading has improved greatly over the last year and he does not have the problems he had.
