I have been diagnosed with shingles. It is a case of "think of the worst pain you have ever had and multiply it several times". My rash is in the right hand side back belt area and the pain radiates through to the front belt area (like a red hot cannonball). If I can get to paracetomol in time mostly I am able to keep it to just a very uncomfortable pain (with which I am almost doubled up with anyway) but if I cant get to the paracetomol in time it is a case of rolling around in shear agony wishing I could only die. Can anyone please recommend something?
