I've just about given up. I get muscle cramps in my back, toes, legs, arms, near my stomach, feet, fingers, you name it and it hurts !! Last night I got 3 in the same spot after each went away in about 5 minutes. I've gone to neurologists and orthopedists who really have no idea why expect to say wellll its your back. My back feels fine except for those spasms. Does anyone know what is next, what I could do for it.. Its happening more and more frequently and really starting to scare me. Thanks.. Gloria
