I have had a small heart attack and have unstable angina. Are these pains associated with any of the above. dull pain right side of neck, rotating pain between shoulder blades, dull pain near left shoulder and stabbing pain in heart periodically. All of the above come and go at will. Any help would be appreciated. Also get panic attacks never had them before is that normal? thankyou all
