                        I, too, have diagnosed IBS.  The best advice I can give you is to stay away from high fat, high fiber, refined sugars, CAFFEINE!, and raw veggies.  I recommend drinking aloe vera juice,(from Health Food Store brand name is George's).  I also take L-glutamine 3 times/day (1/4 tsp. each time between meals).  L-glutamine is a amino acid needed by the large intestine.  I still have flare-ups though, mostly related to stressful periods in my life.  Hope you feel better soon.  Annie
