                        I have had Crohn's Disease for about 30  years.  I use Peppermint, that soothes the intestinal lining.  Wild Yam that helps with inflammation of the intestines.  Marshmallow Root, also helps with soothing of the intestines.  Echinachea, helps the healing process.  I mix these together using the dried herbs in a small strainer basket and prepare as a hot tea.  Drink as needed or two to three times per day.  I do add a little sugar for taste.  Hope this helps.
