I have a 5 1/2 year old son who was diagnosed in the fall of 2000 with visual and verbal dyspraxia. He's been getting speech therapy for 3 years and started OT in November. Istarted him on Flax Oil a month ago after reading about Omega 3 fatty acids. I haven't seen any results yet. He is having a tough time learning letters and writing in kindergarten. He gets some individual help in class and it takes him much longer to get his work done. He sometimes is very impulsive and gets into trouble and other times can play for long periods without losing concentration ( legos). It would be great to talk to some other parents with similar situations.
