I am glad I have found this website and would like to chat with anyone who has information on this subject. After having unexplained shoulder pain for over a year I have been diagnosed with FD of the skull base, cervical spine and expanding into the spenoid sinus. I am getting intense headaches, bone pain in back of skull and neck pain that feels like spasms. Been to about 10 doctors but since this is rare I am the first patient they have seen with this. This is very frustrating and to top it off I think it is affecting my hormones! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
