My son has strep throat a couple of weeks ago. He was given antibiotics and he also had some tiny red rashes on his body which his pediatrician said was part of the strep throat. He finished his antibiotic and just 2 days ago we have noticed that his hands were starting to peel off. there is no blister and pus and he does not even complain of it itching or sore. we have just treated it with moisturizer and call his pediatrician. The nurse said that this is the effect of the strep throat, is this true?
