I'm suffering from urinary burning,dribbling,and painful bladder. The urine cultures were negative twice. My urologist believes that I should have lasar surgery and I disagree. The lasar surgery increases the chance of in- continance and the blockage of the prostate ducts. This would permanently remove the possibility of prostatic fluid discharge into the urethra.
