i have a herniated disk at c6/c7 that causes me a lot of pain/spasms and numbness and severe headaches and dizziness tired of living w/it but dr doesnt seem to think its so bad (he doesnt have to live w/it.) just wants me to keep taking pain killers that leave my brain foggy and forgetful very frustrated enjoy working out especitally aerobic dancing and kickboxing but the arm movements put me in excruciating pain that the meds dont even help any suggestions...............I live in central fla and just lost my insurance coverage
