Dymon, I hope all is well I experienced PE in my lungs from Knee surgery. It took 4 trips to the ER for them to finally get the right Diagnosis. I spent 5 days in the hospital and 1 day in ICU where they had to do a emergency angiogram. They discovered i had 2 blood clots in Left lung and i clot in the right lung also they spotted one in my left pelvic area and more in my right calf. They inserted a greenfield Gena Cava Filter in me to prevent blood clots already in my pelvic and calf from braking off and going to my lungs. I'm now on Cumidin for 3 months ive been tested if my blood is prone to cloting that turned out negitive. They are fairly certain it was caused because of my knee surgery. It's been a little over a month now and i to experience the same sytems you have described dizzyness sometimes no energy. These symptoms were more previalent when i was released from the hospital and seem to slowly and i mean slowly dissapate with time. I've talked to 3 doctors on this and they all have agreed that it takes a while to get back to normal of course everybodys body recovers differently.I hope you are feeling better now and understand what your going through take care my friend it will get better:)
