My six year old son was hospitalized 10 months ago with a urinary tract infection caused by ecoli in his bladder. since that time, he has had 7 recurrences. Even with extensive, painful and invasive testing, no one can provide us with an explanation of his symptoms. He currently remains on antibiotics because we know his ecoli will again build to dangerous levels if he stops taking rx. we are very concerned about this. testing thus far is all normal. any suggestions would be appreciated!
