I have acid reflux. It can be somewhat controlled by diet. Stomach acid will be reduced by drinking more water and eating more fruits & vegetables. Protein, fat and dairy products make the stomach generate a lot of acid. Activated charcoal capsules absorb acid. You can get them at any health food store. Never eat fats, proteins or dairy products just before going to bed. Stick with water or fruit juice.
