Hello Electronic World, I have a question concerning my wife and her Rheumatoid Arthritis, she's had it sense she was seventeen years old, she's now forty one. She has been complaining of the inability to swallow food and meds, says stuff is getting stuck in her throat. Aside from all the joint damage, is it possable that RA could effect her throat? Also recently having problums breathing, or, cathing her breath. Could RA effect the lungs to a point that the ability to breath would be affectied? Recently had her in for a complete phycical exam. All turned out to be normal, but problums are real. Anybody have similer experiences?
