My Aunt contracted Polio in 1922 at the age of 6 weeks. They are not sure how... she is now 79 years old and homebound and is in agony. Her Left leg was stunted in growth(several inches) and she has had to wear custom made elevated shoes and can no longer find a "cobbler" to make them. Her shoes are very old and no longer fit properly and she feels this contributes to her daily pain. If anyone knows of someone that could help her please contact me. I love her dearly and am trying my best to help her find some sort of SMALL comfort to her 79 years of daily pain. She is such a wonderful person! Thanks.
