hi, i am a 25 year old female with a severe S-shaped curvature of the spine. the pain is constant and i am considering surgery, probably spinal fusion. i am wondering if there is anyone out there who has gone through this surgery and would like to share their experiences. i am trying to collect as much positive and negative info. as possible to help make the decision. also, anyone who knows of the best orthopedic surgeons in the country, or in chicago, please let know.
