I would like more information on adult onset SMA.There is alot of information on childhood SMA, but very little on the adult onset SMA. What are others experiencing with this desease? Do you have good days when you feel like there is nothing wrong with you at all and then days when it is very apparent? Do you experience needle like tingling? Does stretching almost always end in a muscle spasm?
